Community Service in New Orleans

Eileen O’Donnell, our Director of Student Services & Registrar, recently volunteered with members of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) in New Orleans. The volunteers worked with the St. Bernard Project, a nonprofit, community-based organization that rebuilds homes for Hurricane Katrina survivors in St. Bernard Parish, one of the areas hardest hit by Katrina.

Eileen worked with the volunteers to clean up a fitness facility, Southern Athletic Club, that had been heavily damaged during the hurricane. The clean up included fitness equipment removal and clean up. Thank you to Eileen for representing MSPP in this important work.
