Willingness to Participate
MSPP’s Willingness to Participate As a Field Site form (WTP) is generally completed at the beginning of each training year by the site Director of Clinical Training or their designee.  It formalizes the interest of the site in training MSPP students for the following academic year.  It also describes the nature of the program, the kinds of training opportunities offered to students, pertinent site contact information, supervisor’s credentials and the requirements and prerequisites for students who train at the site.

Once a site has been approved, the completed WTP is placed in the MSPP Field Directory files along with other site information such as agency brochures.  These files are available to students as they engage in their field placement search.

2010/11 forms will be available soon.
