Respecialization in Clinical Psychology
Admissions Requirements
All Applicants
All applicants must have completed a four-year undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited US institution, or its equivalent, by the start date of enrollment. All applicants must submit official translations of all non-US transcripts (please refer to the online application for additional instructions). Completion of an online application (with essay), submission of all required supporting documents and an interview are required. Although cut-off scores are not strictly enforced, an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred. For applicants whose primary language is not English, a TOEFL combined score (no more than two years old) of at least 637 (paper-based test), 270 (computer-based test) or 110 (internet-based test) is preferred.
All Master’s degree applicants
Undergraduate coursework in psychology is strongly recommended, but not required. Submission of General GRE scores is optional. Applicants are highly encouraged to present General GRE scores to enhance their application. MSPP’s School Code/Reporting Number is 3501.
All Doctor of Psychology in Leadership Psychology applicants
All applicants must have completed a master’s degree in a discipline related to the study of organizational leadership, political science, management or education. Submission of General GRE scores (no more than five years old) is required. MSPP’s School Code/Reporting Number is 3501.
All Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology applicants
Submission of General GRE scores (no more than five years old) is required, even if the applicant has successfully completed graduate coursework or a graduate degree at another institution. MSPP’s School Code/Reporting Number is 3501. All Clinical Psychology doctoral applicants must successfully complete the following undergraduate pre-requisite courses prior to enrollment: General Psychology; Abnormal Psychology and two out of the following six courses: Developmental Psychology; Social Psychology; Personality Theories; Behavioral Statistics; Tests & Measurements; Physiological Psychology.

All Re-specialization Certificate in Clinical Psychology applicants
All applicants must have completed a doctoral degree in psychology by the start date of enrollment. General GRE scores are not required.
All School Psychology MA/CAGS applicants
Completion of undergraduate coursework or other volunteer or work experience in psychology or education is strongly recommended, but not required. Although they are optional, applicants are encouraged to present General GRE scores to enhance their application. MSPP’s School Code/Reporting Number is 3501.
All Doctor of Psychology in School Psychology applicants
Admission with Advanced Standing
All applicants to the School Psychology PsyD program must apply with an earned Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study or higher credential in school psychology or a closely related field (special education or professional psychology). At least 30 credits must be earned from School Psychology MA/CAGS level courses. Submission of the School Psychology Praxis II test scores is recommended, but not required. Submission of General GRE scores (no more than five years old) is required. MSPP’s School Code/Reporting Number is 3501.
School Psychology MA/CAGS/PsyD applicants
Those applicants who do not possess a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in school psychology or a closely related field may apply for initial admission at the MA/CAGS level, with the option of continuing on to the PsyD. General GRE scores must be submitted at the time of initial application. MSPP’s School Code/Reporting Number is 3501.
All Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program applicants
Five years of work experience in business, psychology, or a closely related field is preferred. General GRE scores are not required.
