Program Design and Delivery Format
This program is designed for full-time study. The curriculum and format accommodate a working professional. The MA in Organizational Psychology is a fast-paced, intensive, 10-month, 30-credit degree program designed to expand, deepen, and sharpen students’ skills in leading and sustaining changes in organizations. The courses are sequential and build upon each other. Courses are conducted at onsite monthly intensive weekends proceeded by and ith online learning modules.
