The program is fast-paced, highly interactive and outcome oriented. It provides a sound theoretical foundation integrated with emphasis on practical applications. With in-depth skill-building, the graduate will be equipped to effectively develop and manage organizational processes and people in the context of uncertainty and change. The program is built on multidisciplinary concepts drawn from psychology and human behavior, organizational development and education. Using this knowledge, students engage deeply in learning and practicing skills: diagnostics, interventions, and return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations for the solution of business and organizational problems in an environment of rapid change. With emphasis on the human side of organizations, the curriculum also integrates theories of individual, group, and organizational behavior with actual workplace case studies and other applied projects using evidence-based standards of practice.
Organizations must be staffed with managers and specialists who have a new set of skills. Students will graduate equipped with the following competencies:
