Organizational and Leadership Psychology DepartmentCourse DescriptionsORG OP620— (3 credits) This course will focus on building students 'consulting skills including inquiry practices, ethics, and values. Students will gain competency in applying Block's Flawless Consulting model, the art of dialog, difficult conversations, contracting and proposal writing, understanding profit and loss statements and what they tell about the health and life cycle of organizations, and assessment of client company congruence between espouse strategy and technical core and market position.
