LEADERSHIP FOR STRATEGIC ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
(4 credits)
This course takes an executive view of organizational development. Students will learn methodologies for designing, implementing and assessing strategic organizational development projects. Best practices, benchmarking and various strategic models will be studied. Particular attention will be paid to psychological and cultural factors that often determine the success or failure of strategic processes.
Open only to students in the doctoral program in Leadership Psychology.
