ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP AND IMMUNITY TO CHANGE
Studying the works of Ronald Heifetz and Dean Williams, this course will explore the model and practice of Adaptive Leadership. Using case studies, students will create detailed stakeholder analyses, explore the distinction of “leadership as an activity,” and be able to analyze what specific work actually needs to be accomplished to achieve organizational change while avoiding the distractions and pitfalls facing professionals exercising leadership.
Open only to students in the doctoral program in Leadership Psychology.
