LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND THE USE OF SELF
(4 credits)
This course focuses on individual development and self-management skills to enhance the ability to exercise leadership. Additionally, this course will study situational leadership and attributes of effective leadership consistent with different stages of life. Students will also create short and long term personal leadership development plans.
Open only to students in the doctoral program in Leadership Psychology.
