APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY
Appreciative Inquiry is the study of what gives life to human systems when they are at their best. It is a strength-based process based on the assumption that inquiry and dialogue about strengths, successes, values, hopes and dreams is transformational. Students will learn the theoretical foundations of AI and understand its applications from organizational change, strategic planning, organizational design, team building, staff development and the cultivation of individual strengths and resources. This is an experiential course and the Values in Action Survey (VIA) and other positive assessments will be explored and shared.
