The Executive Coaching Program is for individuals in serious pursuit of a well-grounded graduate education in executive coaching from a recognized, fully accredited academic institution. The multi-disciplinary education includes a theoretical foundation, practical training, and supervised practicum leading to a certificate in seven months.

The program is geared to:

  • Professionals in Executive Education, Organization Development, and Business Management

Students enter the program as a class composed of professionals from varied disciplines, each with a goal of becoming an outstanding executive coach.
