If you are seeking a professional career which is gratifying and meaningful, and one in which you will have expanding opportunities, please read on and learn about The Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology’s (MSPP) Graduate Certificate Program in Executive Coaching.  

Executive coaching is a multi-billion dollar, rapidly growing field.   Professionals with diverse backgrounds are finding new and exciting career opportunities.  The majority of businesses in this country provide executive coaching to their leaders and the demand is increasing.  The reason is simple.  The return on the investment for organizations (ROI) is profound.   Industry research has found that the return is about 600% or a 6 to 1 return on each dollar spent for coaching.  Furthermore, organizations, and their executives who receive coaching, report increased productivity, quality of work, customer satisfaction, shareholder value, and executive and employee retention.  Organizational climate and functioning is also positively impacted by executive coaching with reports of increased employee satisfaction, better communication, improved working relationships, and greater teamwork.

The Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (MSPP) is a leader in the field for educating and training executive coaches and in preparing professional coaches to make this kind of difference in organizations.
