Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program

Program Format

MSPP’s program involves over 200 hours of course work, practicum and supervision. Courses are held on Monday nights, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm for the academic year. The next entering class begins in January, 2009 and runs through December, 2010. All course meetings are conveniently held at MSPP, located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Boston and easily accessible from Routes 128, 95 and 90. Classes are not held in the summer.

In addition to the Monday night courses, there are five day-long Saturday workshops, including two in the first semester on the in-depth application of psychological and business principles in executive coaching and three in the spring of the second year of the program for intensive skills and techniques workshops. All students are required to attend both the Monday and Saturday classes.
