Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program

Curriculum

First year courses focus on the essential knowledge, theory, principles, and strategies that serve as the foundation for professional executive coaching. In the second year, the focus is on building and refining effective executive coaching practices, skills, and techniques.

The program culminates in a supervised practicum in which each student provides coaching to an executive under the supervision of a master executive coach and with the support of peer supervision in the class of students with whom they have studied for two years.
