Executive Coaching Learning Groups

Optional Continuing Education Credits

This program believes strongly that a professional executive coach's learning is never complete. One extremely effective way to continue one's education after completing the certificate program is to participate as a member of an EC Learning Group. Qualified executive coaches may also choose to participate in this program. Students may register and pay separately for these optional groups which meet eight to ten times over the course of a year. Each group is assigned a Faculty Liaison and the participants are provided with a series of topics and support material on which to base their meetings. They bring in case examples from their practices to learn from one another and provide peer coaching and supervision in a confidential and supportive, professional learning environment.
