Use our PDF Registration Form to mail or fax in your registration. Include a personal check or money order made payable to MSPP/CE. If paying by VISA, MasterCard or American Express, include your credit card number, the expiration date, and your signature.

Come In

Register in person at our office at 221 Rivermoor Street, Boston, MA. Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Register Early

Sign up immediately to insure a place in the seminar(s) of your choice. Many of our classes have limited enrollment and fill quickly, so act now to avoid disappointment.

Course Admission

You will be officially enrolled in the seminar(s) of your choice as soon as we receive your registration form and payment. We will send you a written confirmation. We will call you if there is a problem with your registration or if there are changes about which you should know. Be sure to sign-in at the greeting table at the start of each CE program.
