| Description: |
The Leadership Architect is a powerful and versatile tool to help in a variety of coaching, consulting, HR, and management situations. It is a research-based system of core competencies, derailment factors, and strategies to select, develop, and support the employment and performance of managers, leaders, and other professionals. The system is built around the Leadership Architect Cards and supporting materials (provided to participants at the program) which facilitate executive coaches to work with their clients and help the clients work with others in a variety of situations. This workshop introduces the participant to the Leadership Architect system and provides guidance and opportunity to use the system to practice in preparation for use of it with clients. These uses include: building tailored competency models; identifying key competencies for a position to be filled and helping to assessing candidates for those positions; identifying key competencies for an individual and the priorities and current capabilities in those areas to help build a development plan for that individual; helping development and coaching goals or areas on which to gather feedback in a 360 for an individual; helping to match an individual’s strengths with potential jobs and career paths. |
