This program guides the participant in the appropriate use of the assessment tool StrengthsFinder. Attention will be given to the research and development of the tool. The primary focus is on the benefits and application of the results in a variety of personal and professional settings. Participants are required to bring their own personal results from the StrengthsFinder assessment to the program. Details can be found at www.strengthsfinder.com. Participants must purchase the new book (StrengthsFinder 2.0, 2007) in order to have access to their own individual code to take the assessment online. Remember to bring your results to the program. |
