Instructor Biography

Victor Harms, PhD

Bio: Victor Harms, Ph.D. is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Certified Coach from Omaha, Nebraska. He serves as Assistant Professor at Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Agency Counseling and Doctor of Philosophy in Family Science from the University of Nebraska. From 1991-2001 he was President and founder of Omaha Counseling Associates, Inc., at that time the largest private practice outpatient counseling center in Nebraska, providing full service outpatient counseling services to the Omaha and surrounding community. Dr. Harms currently serves on the Boards of the Nebraska Counseling Association (the state division of the American Counseling Association) and the Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching.
