Board of Trustees selects Dr. Nicholas Covino as President of MSPP

On April 24, 2002, the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (MSPP) unanimously selected Dr. Nicholas Covino as its next President.
Founded in 1974, MSPP is known for its Psy. D. program in Clinical Psychology, its M.S. program in Clinical Psychopharmacology and its Continuing Education Program.
Dr. Covino received his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard Community Health Plan.
Dr. Covino was the Director of Psychology Training at Beth Israel Hospital from 1988-2001 and Director of Psychology from 1990-2001.
Dr. Covino is a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Psychological Association and served on the MSPP Board of Trustees. He is President of the Society for Clinical and Experiment Hypnosis and is currently in private practice.
