Anne Waters, PsyD

Dr. Waters joined the MSPP faculty in 2002 and teaches Clinical Seminar I and Advanced Psychodynamic Theory. She is the former Director of Psychology Training at Faulkner Hospital and is a recent graduate of the Massachusetts School for Psychoanalysis. She is interested in comparative psychoanalytic theory and making psychoanalytic principles applicable to a diversity of patient populations and treatment settings. She is also interested in training issues and in projective testing. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and has done MBTI trainings in both business and human service settings. Clinical specialties include individual therapy, couples therapy, and psychoanalysis. She has a private practice in Newton
