Michele Vitti, MA

Michele Vitti, MA is an organizational consultant and executive coach serving clients from a broad range of industries including high technology, biotechnology, communications, professional services, consumer services, and health care. Recently, she has built a practice working with women in executive positions, exploring the unique challenges they face in leadership roles. In addition to her education in counseling psychology and extensive self study, coursework and qualification workshops in personality style and 360 assessment tools, organizational change, mediation and dialogue, and transpersonal psychology, she has been studying studio art for several years. She was a founding consultant and senior partner with Camden Consulting Group, a founding member of The Executive Coaches' Forum, and a co-author of their publication "Standards and Guidelines for Executive Coaching." She serves as a Master Coach for the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology Coach Certification Program, am is a member of The Boston Club, the Boston Facilitator’s Roundtable, and Boston Book Artists.

Michele runs the GCEC Practicum and is the instructor for the Practicum's Group Supervision.
