Teresa Cathers Schiffman, PhD

Prior to moving to Massachusetts, Teresa Cathers Schiffman was a Research Psychologist and Consulting Bilingual School Psychologist at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She taught research methods and statistics to Psychiatry residents and faculty, served as the research psychologist for numerous grant-funded studies, and provided school psychological services to Spanish-speaking students and families in schools throughout Kansas and Missouri. Her research interests include bilingual school psychology, multicultural psychology, and psychological factors that affect learning.  In addition to teaching at MSPP, Dr. Schiffman is a licensed School Psychologist practicing in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
