William Roiter, Ed.D.
Bill is an experienced corporate executive, entrepreneur, professional consultant and a psychologist. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of executive coaching, leadership, management, and business psychology.
Bill is the founder of the MVP Research Group, a boutique consulting firm which specializes in helping corporate and public sector organizations identify, manage and retain their “Most Valuable Performers.” He also developed Building on Success (BoS), a career and life measurement instrument and planning program.
Bill has authored numerous publications and articles in the field. His book Corporate MVPs was published by John Wiley & Sons in 2004 (www.mvpresearch.com). His new book, Beyond Work: the New Adult, which explores how accomplished people retire will be published by John Wiley & Sons in 2008.
Bill’s professional and academic education include a doctorate in Psychology from Boston University and post-doctoral training and teaching at Harvard University. He has published two successful multi-media training programs through the Bureau of National Affairs.
