Mariquita Mullan, Ph.D.

Dr. Mariquita “Quita” Mullan is the Director of Organizational Psychology and Administrative Director of the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program at MSPP. In addition, she serves as a training director and supervisor for the Entre Familia practicum where she trains and supervises clinic staff and MSPP interns.

Dr. Mullan is a licensed clinical psychologist, organizational consultant, and public health professional. She has over 30 years of professional experience in business, government, health care, and academia. She has developed, directed and managed operations and research programs for Value Behavioral Health (now ValueOptions) and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Dr. Mullan has also served as a senior clinician and EAP consultant for VBH and KGA, Inc. and as a management consultant for Divisions of the Boston Public Health Commission.

Dr. Mullan holds her Master’s Degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University.
