Dana De Nault, MA, SCPM
Dana De Nault is a 21 year veteran of California's "Silicon Valley" and has provided documented leadership running global education and consulting services in the software industry, developing multi-party global partnerships and most recently, building profitable organizational transition programs in both large public and small start-up technology companies.
Upon relocating to New England in 2009, Dana established De Nault & Associates, a consultancy dedicated to accelerating the business of technology and non-profit enterprises by improving their workplaces through positive organizational change and human development.
Dana's current philanthropic work includes the Clearport Technology Group where he is one of 4 principals operating a 501(3)c dedicated to supporting small Non-Profits with technology enablement grants and installations. Additionally, Dana sits on a number of local non-profit management and oversight committees. He is an active board member for the 14,000 member North Shore Lynch/van Otterloo Y, where he is charged with the ongoing success of its social welfare mission.
Dana is a graduate of Bates College and Stanford University's certificate program for Advanced Project Management (SCPM). He holds a Master degree in Organizational Psychology and is currently a doctoral candidate in Leadership Psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. He possesses both United States and Italian citizenship and enjoys an amazing bilingual, multicultural household with his wife, Nina, and two children, Diego and Gaia.
