Lee Clinton received his doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University (New York City) with the major areas of research in special education and special education pedagogy. He has taught research and statistics courses, as well as other courses, at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and Boston University. He has long standing interests in evaluation, research design, and learning and cognition. For example, he has been involved in major evaluations of the New York City Public Schools special education programs and the Boston Public Schools special education programs. His articles, related to the handling of research data and experimental arrangements, have appeared in the professional literature.
