FacultyArni Casareale, MA, LMHCTufts University Arni Casareale has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 20 years. He received a Masters degree from Tufts University and interned at McLean psychiatric hospital in Belmont MA as well as at the Lynn Youth Resource Bureau. Most of his work experience has taken place in clinically intense settings, working with children and adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Casareale is also the senior administrator for a psychiatric hospital diversion program, and conducts evaluations at a local hospital emergency room for psychiatric patients. While children and adolescents are a primary specialty, Mr. Casareale also works with couples and families, which is a natural subspecialty when working with children and adolescents. Additionally, Mr. Casareale is certified in batterer intervention treatment and has significant experience and knowledge in anger management and substance abuse. In terms of diagnostic profiles, Mr. Casareale has extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance dependant disorders as well as childhood disorders such as ADHD, oppositional defiant disorders, depression, PTSD as well as other less common diagnosis.
