Jon M. Herzog

Areas of Practice
Jon Herzog is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity Group and Technology Companies Group. He joined Goodwin Procter in 2000.

Work for Clients
Mr. Herzog has worked on a wide variety of corporate and securities matters, including investor- and issuer-side private equity and venture capital transactions, issuances of public and private debt and equity securities (including AIM offerings), asset purchases and sales, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations.

Professional Activities
Mr. Herzog is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the National Venture Capital Association’s Model Document Working Group.
